Very little is required. Occasional clean and top up of water when needed. It is also important the pump is always submerged fully in water.

No, all our water features recycle water and so don't waste water. They can be great for the environment and for troubled wild life in times of drought. We are very water-conscious and most models are splash free.

Q. Do water features include pump?

Some water features are supplied with Pondmate submersible pumps and are priced accordingly. Please check profile for specific water features for inclusion of pump.
Pumps come with their own manufacturers warranty.
Higher quality pumps are available on request at additional cost. Please contact us for prices.

Q. Can you do installation?

Yes, at additional cost in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Most of our Water Features are designed to be relocatable and are easy for a tradesman to install.

Q. Do I need a water supply to the water feature?

No, you only need to fill reservoir or pond once and the submersible pump will recirculate water.

Q. Can the water features be installed inside?

We have specific models for indoor and can also modify some pieces for indoor use.

Q. Do all water features come with a reservoir?

All indoor units have own reservoir, but some outdoor or balcony models can be used with your own pond or reservoir.
