When you are ready to purchase a Focalpoint Water Feature or request a custom made design, simply place your order or request more information and you will be sent an email of confirmation. If the total of the product is under $1000, an invoice will be issued in full by FocalPoint Water Features. Any products over this amount require a 40% deposit on placement of order and the balance due prior to shipment of product. If you require our installation service, balance is due on day of completion. As our products are handmade there is a manufacturing period involved and we will advise you of the time frame.

For Custom Made products a full quote and agreement will be issued with payments being as above.

Simply choose your products from the Online Catalogue, add all products to your cart if it has a price, then select the freight method and select 'checkout'. Fill in your details, and you will be emailed a confirmation of your order. It's that simple! If a product states P.O.A. please click on the link to enquire about that product and we will contact you with more information.
